As development lead and Country General Manager for Emaar Jordan, served as a board member of the Dead Sea Company as the primary interface with majority partner, The King Abdullah Fund; reporting to King Abdullah’s Royal Court and King Abdullah’s chief of staff. Led the setup and running of Emaar's Jordan office, initiating, and developing Emaar’s first project in the Kingdom at the Dead Sea. Samarah - Dead Sea Resort and Spa is a 400-acre project directly on the Dead Sea and includes two hotels, 1,000 homes, 17,000 square meters retail. Responsibilities included developing the initial master plan, building the staff, all legal issues development, design, construction and financial management of the company.

The Springs, mixed-use development, consists of 1.7 million square feet of for sale residential units in 19 towers and 1.5 million square feet of office and amenities. When the total project’s remaining phases are complete, the development size, as master planned, will be 9.6 million square feet. The 66-acre site is a sustainable community in Yangpu District of Shanghai and is serviced by two new subway lines. In addition to the 900+ apartments the initial phase, the development is home to the Nike China HQ .
As managing director for Emaar Pakistan, started Crescent Bay in Karachi. The project is a 108-acre development featuring high- and mid-rise towers for residential and commercial use, a shopping centre and five-star beachfront hotel. Crescent Bay is a place to live, work, shop, and play.
Crescent Bay’s unique master plan has three bays with sweeping curves that create three magnificent beaches. Each of the bays is encircled by a community with its own unique look and character, which extends from the architecture to the landscaping and amenities.
